The Phoenix Suns last leg of an impressive regular season just took another hit.
With superstar point guard Chris Paul already on the shelf for the majority of their remaining schedule the Suns will now have to move forward without the help of franchise cornerstone Devin Booker.
Booker, 25, has entered the NBA’s health and safety protocol and will miss the Phoenix’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night, according to an official team announcement issued at shootaround.
Booker is the Suns leading scorer, and has been putting up some impressive numbers this season averaging 25.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game.
