The Carolina Panthers are acquiring former first-round draft pick C.J. Henderson from the Jacksonville Jaguars in a deal that will send the disgruntled cornerback to a brand new team, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.
Henderson will instantly provide a much needed boost to the Panthers secondary, who will be without Jaycee Horn for a bit. Horn flashed solid potential during the first three games of his NFL career.
Jacksonville will receive tight end Dan Arnold and a third-round draft pick in exchange for Henderson.
