The Philadelphia Eagles are placing rookie wide receiver Jalen Reagor on the injured reserve due to a UCL tear in his thumb, according to ESPN’s Tim McManus.
Reagor, who was injured during the first half of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams, is expected to undergo surgery.
Reagor finished the game with 4 receptions for 41 yards.
Reagor could be held out until the Eagles’ bye week in Week 9, as a precaution, and he does have a reputation for recovering rather quickly.
