Now that I’m done looking at the recruiting classes for each Power five conference, it’s time to look at the recruits. Over half of the top 20 recruits on the 247sports composite are still uncommitted. The schools that the committed prospects have pledged to are a mix of the ones you’d expect and some that are a little surprising.
That’s the thing with recruiting, no matter what fans and the media think it’s the kid’s decision of where to go. They will go where they feel is the best fit for them. Now, let’s take a look at which of the top 20 is committed and who still needs more time.
- Travis Hunter, CB, Florida State commit: Hunter has been committed to the Seminoles since March. Even with the team’s struggles this year, he and follow commit Sam McCall recently tweetedabout being excited to enroll in January. Florida State may have a future All-American coming soon.
