Veteran free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is hopeful that he can sign with a new team as soon as possible as he whittles down his list of potential destinations this season, according to ESPN’s Adan Schefter.
Per the report, Beckham’s potential destinations include the Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers, and the Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers may be falling out of consideration as they fall further away from playoff contention.
Additionally, teams believe that Beckham is looking for a multiyear deal, which could potentially give any team that signs him additional flexibility in structuring a deal that would work for both Beckham and his new team.
Beckham is nearly ready to play, and is close to being medically cleared as he recovers from knee surgery.
