French football club Paris Saint-Germain’ esports organization PSG Esports has launched an online training program where gamers and esports players can receive one-on-one training in FIFA 21 or Brawl Stars and choose from one of 20 available coaches.

The program entitled Paris Saint-Germain Academy Esports, will provide students to learn from  certified coaches that must adhere to a strict Paris Saint-Germain ‘training methodology’, and will be evaluated on specific criteria such as technical skills, pedagogical abilities or their ability to share expertise.

While launch will limit the training to only FIFA 21 and Brawl Stars, the program is looking to add League of Legends and Dota 2 related services in the future.

The training sessions, which are available 24 hours a day and in both English and French, will last between 1-2 hours, and broken into the following five segments – briefing, demo or explanations based on exercise, supervised practice, role-playing, and a debriefing/evaluation.

“Our training method is based on a permanent correction of what you do in the game so that you can find the solutions to the problems you encounter yourself” their website says.

“Our coaches help you to identify your weak points and to correct them through exchanges and role-playing.”
