The Green Bay Packers are bringing in veteran wide receiver Tavon Austin, who has not played this season after being placed on the injured reserve by the San Francisco 49ers back in August.
According to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo, the former first round draft pick will be reuniting with Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, who was Austin’s offensive coordinator back in 2017 while both were with the Los Angeles Rams.
Austin, 30, spent the last two seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, and collected 13 catches for 177 yards and a touchdown last season.
