ESPN NFL Draft analyst Todd McShay has removed his name from consideration for a position within the front office of the New York Jets, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
McShay has instead decided to remain with ESPN in his current role and has formally removed his name from any consideration for a personnel role with the Jets, offering no comment at this time regarding his decision.
According to Pro Football Talk, despite the reports, McShay was never really a candidate for an opening in the Jets’ front office.
