Miami Heat long-time forward Udonis Haslem, who has spent his entire 19-year playing career playing for the Heat organization, will soon announce his decision on retirement, according to the Miami Herald’s Anthony Chiang.
Per the report, “Haslem will announce his decision on whether he’ll return for a 20th season on Sunday afternoon at his basketball and cheer kids camp at Miami High, where he attended high school.”
Haslem has stated that he is struggling with his decision to return for a 20th season, or officially announce his retirement, according to via Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, but the decision is on the way.
Regardless, the fans of Miami will be behind the fan favorite, who has been with the organization through multiple title runs and has been key to their team culture.
