The Chicago Bears have released veteran wide receiver and returner Tedd Ginn Jr., according to a source who spoke with ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Ginn has not factored much into the Bears offense this season, which makes his release less of a surprise. Ginn signed a one-year deal with Chicago and appeared in six games for the Bears this season.
Ginn hauled in 30 receptions for 421 yards and 2 touchdowns last season for the New Orleans Saints, so he is likely to generate some interest from another team.
