The Minnesota Timberwolves are keeping tabs on Utah Jazz defensive anchor and three-time Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert as Gobert’s name has been consistently among the names of available players this offseason.
According to The Ringer’s Kevin O’Connor, the Timberwolves are showing interest in Gobert, amid reports that the Chicago Bulls are aiming to explore a trade for Gobert, and also mentioned that Minnesota has interest in Atlanta Hawks big man Clint Capela.
Despite already having a star at center in Karl-Anthony Towns, the Wolves are interested in adding another big man to pair with Towns moving forward.
