Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love will miss 3-4 weeks of action following a calf injury that he aggravated during Sunday’s victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
Love suffered a calf strain during the preseason initially, and will now undergo treatment and rehab, although the team said he will not be reassessed until “approximately three to four weeks.”
Love has already missed the Cavs’ opener, played 38 minutes in the second game of the season, and was limited to only 9 minutes before being forced from the game against the Sixers due to the injury.
Love is averaging 9.5 points, 6 rebounds and 2.5 assists this season for the 3-0 Cavaliers.
