Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Karl-Anthony Towns has been upgraded to questionable for the Wolves’ tilt against the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night marking the first time that his status has changed in months.
Towns suffered a calf strain five months ago during a November 28th game against the Golden State Warriors and has missed the last 52 games due to the injury, but had recently started ramping up his on-court activity.
The Wolves also received some good news regarding Anthony Edwards, who missed the last two games with an ankle sprain, as Edwards is now also listed as questionable.
Minnesota has only nine games remaining in their season and having the likes of Towns and Edwards back on the court will be a huge boost as the close out the regular season and prepare for a run in the highly competitive Western Conference.
