The rebuilding Washington Wizards and free agent big man and former New Orleans Pelican Jonas Valanciunas have agreed to terms on a three-year, $30 million contract on Sunday, according to ESPN.

Valanciunas, 32, is coming off another solid season with Pelicans and now joins a long-struggling Wizards team that is embarking on a rebuild, and with the Lithuanian center now in the fold they have a veteran to pair with #2 overall draft pick, French big man Alex Sarr.

Last season, Valanciunas averaged 12.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game on 55.9% shooting from the field for New Orleans where he has started 235 games since he arrived via a trade with the Memphis Grizzlies.
