The Los Angeles Rams have signed quarterback Jared Goff to a four-year, $134 million contract extension, according to an official team announcement.
Goff’s new deal includes a record $110 million guaranteed, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Goff, 24, is entering the fourth season of his five-year rookie deal, and is set to earn $4.3 million during the upcoming season, with that pricetag escalating, significantly, to $22.8 million in 2020.
Goff has passed for 9,581 yards and 65 touchdowns, with 26 interceptions, with two Pro Bowl bids, during his career, which includes leading the Rams to the Super Bowl this past year, where they lost to the New England Patriots.
