The Green Bay Packers are ensuring that superstar franchise quarterback Aaron Rodgers spends his entire career in a Packers uniform.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Packers and Rodgers have agreed to a four-year, $200 million deal that makes the veteran MVP signal caller the highest paid player in the history of the league.
Rodgers gets a whopping $153 million guaranteed, and his cap number will go down for the cap-strapped Packers, who are now expected to use that new space to franchise tag wide receiver Davante Adams.
