Injuries have limited Carolina Panthers superstar running back Christian McCaffrey in recent seasons and fans will be hoping that he can get back on track, and stay on the field, during the upcoming 2022 season.
Those hopes received a nice boost of confidence this week as McCaffrey shared a sliver of news regarding his health.
“I feel the best I’ve ever felt” McCaffrey said, according to CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones.
When healthy, McCaffrey has proven to be one of the most impactful running backs in the league, and for fantasy sports owners as well. This was evident during the 2019 season where McCaffrey posted a jaw-dropping season performance where he clocked over 1,000 yards rushing and over 1,000 yards receiving.
The Panthers made another move at the quarterback position this offseason, and are hoping that they can finally settle on an offensive alignment that will produce wins in the victory column moving forward.
