Minnesota Timberwolves rookie Anthony Edwards may not be stealing headlines with bloated box scores in his first season in the NBA, but the rookie is certainly making head coach Ryan Saunders happy.
Saunders praised Edwards, especially for his feel and understanding of the game, according to Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic.

Saunders seems to be surprised by how Edwards has moved to the NBA level thus far, and suggested that Edwards may have changed the minds of those who questioned his character and dedication to the game prior to the NBA Draft.
